Directions to CTI’s Seattle Headquarters

501 Elliott Ave W from Northbound I-5 / Sea-Tac Airport

• If you are coming from Sea-Tac Airport, follow the signs out of the airport to the Seattle Freeways (Hwy 518), and take the I-5 North exit on the left towards downtown Seattle. Travel almost 11 miles on I-5.
• Take the Seneca Street exit #165, on the left.
• Merge onto Seneca Street, and turn right onto 4th Avenue.
• Travel through downtown Seattle on 4th Avenue, going north, approximately 1 mile.
• Turn slight left onto Denny Way.
• Denny Way takes a slight turn to the right and becomes Western Ave, then at the signal at the bottom of the hill, it becomes Elliott Ave. W.
• Stay on Elliott Ave W., going through the signal at Harrison St. CTI (501 Elliott Ave. W.) will be on your left, the furthest north in “Elliott West”—three similar brick/glass buildings.
• Some street parking is available, in addition to space in nearby lots. Pay parking is available in the Elliott West garage under the buildings: turn west off Elliott Ave. W. into the W. Harrison St. turnaround; drive to the west end (towards the water) and drive into the parking garage entrance on the right.

501 Elliott Ave W from Southbound I-5 / SR 520

• From I-5 southbound, take Mercer Street/Seattle Center exit #167. Keep right at the fork in the ramp, and stay in the 2nd from right lane.
• At the signal, turn right onto Fairview Ave. N.
• Go a short distance to the next signal and turn left onto Valley St. Valley St. becomes Broad St.
• From Broad, turn right onto Denny Way.
• Denny Way takes a slight turn to the right and becomes Western Ave, then at the signal at the bottom of the hill, it becomes Elliott Ave. W.
• Stay on Elliott Ave W., going through the signal at Harrison St. CTI (501 Elliott Ave. W.) will be on your left, the furthest north in “Elliott West”—three similar brick/glass buildings.
