A: Cell Therapeutics, Inc. was incorporated in Washington in 1991. The company headquarters are in Seattle, Washington. There are two CTI subsidiaries. Systems Medicine LLC, Scottsdale, Arizona, guides the development of our oncology products using its systems biology platform. Aequus BioPharma, Inc., a majority owned subsidiary of CTI located in Bainbridge Island, Washington, works to develop and commercialize our Genetic Polymer™ technology.
