Q: Where is Cell Therapeutics, Inc. incorporated? Where are CTI facilities?

A: Cell Therapeutics, Inc. was incorporated in Washington in 1991. The company headquarters are in Seattle, Washington. There are two CTI subsidiaries. Systems Medicine LLC, Scottsdale, Arizona, guides the development of our oncology products using its systems biology platform. Aequus BioPharma, Inc., a majority owned subsidiary of CTI located in Bainbridge Island, Washington, works to develop and commercialize our Genetic Polymer technology.

Q: How much has the company grown since inception?

A: Since incorporated in 1991, we have followed key strategies to build a leading biopharmaceutical company with a diversified portfolio of proprietary oncology drugs. Our research, development, acquisition, and in-licensing activities concentrate on identifying and developing new, less toxic, and more effective ways to treat cancer.

Q: Does CTI accept requests for charitable donations and grants?

A: We greatly value giving back to the community and believe that it takes a community-wide effort to fight cancer and create a world where those touched by it can live more productive, satisfying lives. We carefully choose mission-related patient advocacy and community programs to support with funding or volunteers based on annual budget constraints.
