Established in September 1991, CTI is headquartered in Seattle, Washington. There are two CTI subsidiaries: Systems Medicine LLC, Scottsdale, Arizona, guides the development of our oncology products using its systems biology platform; Aequus BioPharma, Inc., a majority owned subsidiary of CTI located in Bainbridge Island, Washington, works to develop and commercialize our Genetic Polymer™ technology.
