Annual Meeting

CTI will hold an Annual Meeting at its Seattle headquarters located at 501 Elliott Ave. West, Seattle, WA 98119 on Thursday, September 16, 2010 at 10:00am Pacific Daylight Time.

Since CTI’s Annual Meeting is not a public assembly and in the interest of an orderly meeting, only shareholders of record of CTIC as of July 27, 2010, or persons holding proxies from shareholders, and other persons invited to the meeting by the Board of Directors or management of the Company, shall be admitted to the meeting.

Management may require any person who is not a shareholder of record but claims to be a beneficial owner of stock of the Company to present evidence (either in the form of a proxy, written authorization or certification of participation) from the record holders (e.g., broker, bank or other nominee), indicating that such person is in fact a beneficial owner of stock of the Company to be submitted.

YOUR VOTE IS VERY IMPORTANT
Whether or not you plan to attend the meeting, it is important that your shares be represented. Therefore, we urge our U.S. shareholders to sign, date, and promptly return their proxy when available, and we urge our Italian shareholders to print an Italian proxy card from the link on this Web site, and return it together with a completed certification of participation (which can be obtained from your Italian broker).

If your shares are held in a U.S. bank or brokerage account, or if you are registered directly with the Company as the record holder of your shares, you may be eligible to vote your proxy electronically or by telephone. Please refer to your voting form for instructions.
